The 100 Challenge is a big proyect that is around some mayor art sites, such as Devart.
It consists on drawing a picture based on each of a 100 word list. The main objective of the challenge
is improving your drawing skills. I found the challenge by accident and thought "Hey, I could use the practice!"
The thing is, that drawing only one image per word didn't sounded like a challenge to me at all.
So, in order to do a real challenge, I decided to make a small comic for each word.
This became much more than a challenge, and turned into an actual comic strip.
I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy making them.
Dartel García Niebla lives in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico, but is studying the Biology carreer in Puebla.
He has been drawing for about three years now, which he considers is nothing compared to other artists.
He has never been in any drawing classes or any other kind of artistical training.
Aside from college and art, he enjoys reading, hanging out with his weird friends,
working out and listening to his favourite band, A.F.I., which is a mayor inspiration for The 100.
